You can email me at [email protected] or you can inbox me on any one of my social media platforms for date availibilty request. To hold an exact date or book orders for DIY packages for more than 2 pp, a small deposit amount of $35 is required. This deposit covers the date and/ or the package request order that you requested for your party and is your payment for your personal (host) seat. You can make the deposit via cash, Cash App, or Zelle. A deposit payment request can be sent to you if necessary. Deposit/ payments are not refundable, however they are transferable to a different date. You are allowed to transfer your deposit hold date two times, if necessary, before you will have to begin the booking process from the beginning.
You have 90 days to use your deposit after you've decided to transfer the deposit to a different date. If the date is not re scheduled with in the 90 days, then you will lose your deposit completely. When you finally completed the first step of booking, then all you would then have to worry about is the payment amount of the other people that you decide to invite. 😊
Please be advised that the total number of people attending the event must be paid in full at the time of the event date or package pick up. For IN-PERSON parties, if the expected number of attendees happen to not attend the event, and the artist is not made aware of the change at least 72 hrs before the event, the host is responsible for the total amount of people that the event was prepped for. AFTER THE BOOKING HOLD DATE/ORDER DEPOSIT IS MADE THE ADDITIONAL PER PERSON price for an adult party is $35 per person. For a child's party (ages 12 and under) the prices are $25 per person.
I would need to know approximately how many people you're thinking of inviting to your party just so I can be prepared as far as materials are concerned (Minimum attendees 10, estimated maximum is 30+. However, if there's more then 30 people don't hesistate to ask if head count arrangements can be made).
Out of town transportation cost is an addtional cost starting at minimum $75. Depending on your party's location prices may vary. The minimum per person requirement for out of town travel is 12 or more. Please don't hesitate to ask questions about any possible concerns regarding any out of town request.

If you are interested in booking a paint and create event with Picasso Play Dates please EMAIL ME at [email protected]. PLEASE STATE THE DETAILS OF WHAT YOUR FUNDRAISER EVENT IS AND LETS MAKE IT HAPPEN!
To book your fundraiser event and lock your party date into the calendar a $55.00 booking fee is required.
After the intial booking deposit is made, there is basic per person cost for each indivdual attending your event. Any money made above the required amount belongs to the client as "funds raised."
The head count for your event must be CONFIRMED AT LEAST 72 HOURS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF YOUR SCHEDULED EVENT TO ENSURE THE PROPER AMOUNT OF MATERIALS NEEDED FOR EACH ATTENDEE. The minimum of people amount that is required to have an IN PERSON class is 10pp. Any additional add-ons to head count must be mentioned within the 72hrs time frame to ensure proper amount of materials needed.

Similar to a fundraiser event, a hold date deposit is required when booking any collaboration event. See above under FUNDRAISER EVENTS for more detail regarding booking requirements.
Any business that enters into a collaborative agreement must promote their event on their social media outlets. Picasso Play Dates will also promote your event on its social media outlets as well. As long as you send the marketing information for said event. The events that are open to the public will be promoted as OPEN PUBLIC EVENTS. It is expected that your company will do the same when it comes to marking your event. If the word doesn't get out how do you expect to sell out your event? :-)
